Notice on Digital Service Refund Policy

Dear Valued Customer,

In compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, and consumer protection laws in Japan and South Korea, we clarify our refund policy for digital services (VPS, cloud hosting, CDN, SSL certificates, domains, and other online-delivered products):

1. Applicable Countries

Customers from the following countries/regions have a statutory cooling-off period (14 days for the EU & UK, 8 days for Japan): The 27 EU member states (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden), the United Kingdom, Japan, and South Korea.

2. Waiver of Withdrawal Right

Under these regulations, once a digital service is activated, performance is deemed to have begun. By consenting to immediate activation within the cooling-off period, you expressly waive your right to a no-reason refund. Please read and check the confirmation box before payment.

3. Statutory Rights Not Affected

If the service is defective, not as described, or we fail to deliver, you remain entitled to statutory remedies for non-conformity, regardless of this waiver.

以下国家 / 地区的客户享有法定冷静期（欧盟及英国为 14 天，日本为 8 天）： 欧盟 27 国（奥地利、比利时、保加利亚、克罗地亚、塞浦路斯、捷克、丹麦、爱沙尼亚、芬兰、法国、德国、希腊、匈牙利、爱尔兰、意大利、拉脱维亚、立陶宛、卢森堡、马耳他、荷兰、波兰、葡萄牙、罗马尼亚、斯洛伐克、斯洛文尼亚、西班牙、瑞典）、英国、日本、韩国。

2. 放弃冷静期的确认

根据上述法规，数字服务一经开通即视为 "开始履行"。如您同意在冷静期内立即开通服务，即视为您明确放弃无理由退款权。付款前，请仔细阅读并勾选确认框。

3. 不影响法定权利

如服务本身存在故障、与描述不符或我们未能交付，您仍享有法定的质量瑕疵救济权利，不受此放弃声明影响。
